1. EULA / Terms of Use (for MB Streams)
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: 13th July 2025
Welcome to MB Streams. By accessing or using our mobile app and website (https://mbstreams.com), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement is between you (“User”) and MB Streams (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the MB Streams app, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with this Agreement.
2. Use License
MB Streams grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. User-Generated Content
Users may upload, comment, or interact with media. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
You agree not to post content that is:
- Obscene, hateful, or offensive
- Infringing on copyrights or intellectual property
- Defamatory or abusive
We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user without prior notice for violating these terms.
4. No Tolerance Policy
MB Streams does not tolerate any objectionable or abusive content or users. We respond to flagged content and violations within 24 hours.
Users can:
- Report inappropriate content
- Block abusive users
Violations will result in account suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant us a license to display it on our platform.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any breach of these terms.
7. Disclaimer
We make no warranties, express or implied. Use MB Streams at your own risk.
8. Artist Uploads and Content Rights
8.1 Authorized Uploaders
Only artists who have been verified and approved by the MB Streams team may upload music to the platform. Verification may require proof of ownership, distribution rights, or signed artist authorization. MB Streams reserves the right to approve or reject artist submissions at its sole discretion.
8.2 Paid Upload Access for Non-Verified Artists
Artists who are not yet verified may choose to purchase access to upload their music to the platform. This paid access does not override our content policies. All uploads, whether from verified or paid artists, must still comply with copyright law and MB Streams’ guidelines.
8.3 Content Ownership and Responsibility
All users who upload content represent and warrant that:
- They own or have proper authorization to distribute the uploaded material.
- The content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
- They grant MB Streams the non-exclusive right to stream and display the content on our platform.
8.4 Copyright Violation and Removal
MB Streams maintains a zero-tolerance policy for copyright infringement. Any content found to be in violation will be promptly removed. Users responsible for uploading such content may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned, with no refund of fees paid.
